How long does delivery take?

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it on the carrier's website to track your package.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@nooliano.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the address is correct.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier and contact local authorities if needed. We can confirm delivery details upon request.

What if my package arrives damaged?

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What condition must the item be in to qualify for a return?

The item must be in the same condition as received β€” unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes. The following items are non-returnable: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods (e.g., beauty products), hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

How do exchanges work?

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

When will I receive my refund?
